English
Next week, we will be starting a new sequence of writing based on the story 'Rainbow Bear' by Michael Morpurgo. It is about a polar bear who wishes he could catch a rainbow, but when his wish comes true, it isn't what he expected it to be.
For today's English, watch the following video of the story being read aloud, and then design your own Rainbow Bear. You can use the colouring templete below. While you are designing your Rainbow Bear, begin to think how we could describe him. This will help with our word collecting next week.
Have fun!
Topic
Using the powerpoint below, explore the human and physical features of the polar regions.
Task: Draw or write some of the human and physical features for the Arctic and Antarctica in the table provided in your purple home learning book.
